She immediately stood out from other realtors for her promptness of response to calls and emails,  her catalogue 0f reliable repairmen, willingness to meet repairmen at the property so they could provide an estimate .  As the transaction proceeded her many other talents came to light.  I highly recommend her. to anyone buying or selling real estate.
